1. Introduction & Acceptance

2. Services & Digital Architecture

KLIK PH provisions advanced web architecture, complex Shopify ecosystem deployments, custom headless structural frameworks, and ongoing retention support. Exact development scopes, delivery timelines, and limitations of liability are explicitly defined in client-specific MSAs drafted prior to engineering kickoff.

3. Intellectual Property, NDAs, and Tunnels

Live store tunnels, portfolio templates, and codebase frameworks provided on this domain are strictly governed by internal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and proprietary IP laws. Scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized duplication, or unapproved `iframe` embedding of these instances outside of approved parameters is strictly prohibited. Technical blockers (such as rotating cryptographic session tokens) are actively deployed to enforce this.

4. Payment Protocols & Escrow

Standard project terms operate on a non-refundable 50% upfront, 50% upon deployment structure. Source code transfer, domain routing, and full server handoffs will only occur post final remittance. Escrow architectures are available solely for enterprise-tier contracts exceeding standard budgetary scopes.

5. Governing Law (Philippines & International)
